A range of boards that provide highly effective insulation and fire resistance in building applications.
BatiboardBatiboard products, made using expandable perlite and a variety of fibres and binders are used widely across the construction industry; from the building envelope and roof, to doors and partitions. Sitek Insulation use four classifications of Batiboard for regular construction applications; 150, 200, 250 and 550.
Batiboard fire behaviours:
- Batiboard 150 for 30 mn fire rated elements
- Batiboard 200 for 60 mn fire rated elements
- Batiboard 250 for >60 mn fire rated elements
- Batiboard 550 for customised fire rated elements
All Batiboard products offer lightness, stiffness, durability and compatibility with other types of layers. The result is a product with long service life that has good resistance to fire and heat load. Batiboard is a monolithic and multi-layer board and is available in tailored sizes depending upon the specific application.
